Hi I amworking on a 36 inch proscan tv Right now it is dead , I have found C403K bad ( .o48 @250 volts) , and R719U is open, NEED VALUE, R821U , open NEED VALUE, R314U, has been hot not open , but I need value also , I have checked all transistors in that area all are good, But with a schematic I could do a better job , Would a bad C403K do this? , I am guessung not , but I have no schematic m The chassis in it is Proscan, CTC169EJ5, THANKS ED
