Diode type PG1992 ?

Jun 27, 2021 5 Replies

Anybody know where to get these or can recommend a replacement? I can't even find it in my data books, so I don't know the specs.

It's in a late 1970's PC-100A thermal printer base for TI calculators.

I have 8 of these in stock if you need 1 or more... I am in the US and can mail these out.

Clarification: I have the ECG 519 parts in stock. --Dan

I ordered some NTE 519 diodes, compatible with the PG 1992 Sealed in package... but the markings on the components are 1N4148 Apparently these are compatible too!

Well, that is about the most common diode around. Apparently it was nothing special. (which can be more or less expected in a device like that)

Hopefully you did not pay more than a few cents a piece plus the shipping/handling...
