i have a 17 inch Viewsonic P775 that only displays black. it recognises the PC input cause the front LED changes colour before opening it up, is it worth the effort? is there something fairly simple that it could be or am i looking at HV failure?
Shine a bright light on the screen. Can you see any image at all? It'll be 'black on black'.
this is not an LCD if that is what you are thingking.
