AWA tv repaired - 3 times still not working right:(

hii've had to get my relatively new AWA tv model W571 repaired now 3times and it's still not working right. $200 out of pocket and 10 dayswith no tv:(((((( F***!problem is perfect sound but no picture just a blue screen with whitelines going across it.When you first turn on tv there is a faintpicture like looking through a photograph negative,then within 5seconds that goes leaving just the blue screen with the white lines.Repair guy gets it going in workshop leaves it running for severalhours but whenever i get it back it goes time i got it backit was ok for 4 days the second time i got it back within an hour thesame problem ocurred.Trying to read original repair warranty is difficult because ofhandwriting but there are references to ''blue screen and flybookline''s.''Trace features to picture tube and tube socket''.''Dislodge internal foreign material,'' then something that looks like''heaters to cathode'',''short circuit on blue gun'' ''repair telesocket on picture circuit board'' ''replace heater dropping resistor &check plater circuit'' ''very extensive bench test''.The tv is only 14 months old:(I could get someone else to look at it but then i have to start allover again money-wise and i've already paid $200!Does anybody have any suggestions?thanksp***ed off tv viewer:(((

The only spec I found implied this is a 20inch set, and that does not sound like it's worth that much in repair costs. What is so special about that TV making it worth spending $200?

Post the FCC ID from the back of the set, it may give a clue as to who actually built it.

BTW, if you are going to post the same question in numerous forums or groups, then you could at least use the same subject line.

Tell ya what Mr. Personality, if you displayed the same communication skills to the shop owner, regardless of what/who is at fault, you're damn lucky you're not wearing your tv! Don't bother with another sophomoric tirade, your boorish manner is somewhat, well, boring, so I'll take my own advice and go away... Have a really rotten day! Ta.......
