Set seems to power up but no picture, hv seems to be present as when set is turned off a white flash and colored blob in the center of the picture is seen. HV makes a crackling sound. Flyback or dry caps??? Nothing obviously burned, no sparks, no discolorisation on the pcb. Any idea, could this be dried up caps?, set is 8 years old.
