MicroDisk Module vs DiskOnModule.

Hello,
I`d like to decide what kind of electronic disk
use in my project.
I`ve got Mity SoC Module and xLinux R3.
What do you recommend: MicroDisk Module,
DiskOnModule?
It will be OK, if disk doesn`t need device
driver, runs with xLinux R3, is reliable,
is cheap.
I need that disk to settle xLinux on it, save information
grabbed from some other device.
Thank for your reply,
Ralf.
