Im looking for a company or source for packaging solutions to enclose my range of power electronics modules. The modules are around half a credit-card size, populated on both sides with the power devices on the bottom.

Does anyone know of tutorials/books or a company that can assist with turning a bare PCB into a product with leads and decent packaging? Do the multitude of companies that offer packaged PCB modules design their own processes in-house?
