Looking for electrical contact for use in injection molded housing...

Hello, I am looking for a male/female electrical contact that we can mold right into our housing that will be plastic injection molded. The end application will be high volume, but right now we are trying to build some prototypes.



The application is


Crimp and stuff (as you put it) is used on cars.

Do you really need a mechanical contact? Could you use an induction loop or optical link?

You could ask these people if they've done something similar before...

They appear to do what you are asking for. Their website has changed since I last looked at them and they do seem determined to win the worst site ever proze so you will probably have to contact them to figure out if they have something that will work. I do seem to remember though that one of their examples was a board with their connectors on it that when housed connected to a standard Packard Electric connector.
