I need to find a physically very small part to switch a signal. Either electromech relay or electronic part would be OK.
signal single-ended, varies from DC to at about 1GHz. signal voltage up to 6Vp-p
Absolutely must be FormC/SPDT. Control voltage 3v-5v DC. Max res on about 4 ohms. Min res off about 1 Meg ohms. Max current through switch about 0.5A. Max size about 0.2" x 0.4"
