You transposed two letters, that's an HGTP10N50, made by Harris (now Intersil). It's a 500V 10A IGBT in a TO220 package. Harris discontinued it in Jan, 2000. It's a pretty ordinary 500V IGBT, except it includes an antiparallel diode, and the C1 version is faster than the E1 version. Would you like a copy of the datasheet, or are you looking for a replacement part?
