Are the standards for HDTV the same worldwide? I ask because there are Sony 32" LCD units for sale in England with a 'digital WEGA Engine'. Is this compatible with the US standard ? I know the single phase voltage is higher in Europe. 240 I believe, or 220, but still 60 cycle (50?). thanks...
