Has anyone successfully ported Petalinux in Microblaze (ML505) and used the SATA AHCI driver? Is the AHCI driver from Petalinux distribution working OK?
There's an ML506 reference design in PetaLinux v0.30, which should be fairly simple to modify to run on a ML505.
I'm not aware of anyone using it - it is jsut the same driver from a standard 2.6.20 kernel. Assuming you've got a working PCI layer up and running, I wouldn't expect great difficulties with the AHCI driver.

Could you please point me to the Xilinx reference design that uses Petalinux. Sorry, I couldn't find it.
