hi, i need to know what a tesla sensor is, what it does, and how it can be used. if anybody can answer this, that would be great

do you honestly think i haven't done that? i've been looking for a while, and i can't find a short summary thats actually written in real english. if you can answer the question then please do so, instead of telling me to do something that is almost as pointless as your existence
