I'm after some Phillips bzv90c voltage regulator diodes (plastic surface mounted package (sot223 (sc-73)) with increased heatsink: 4 lead 16V zener diode.
Surface markings:
PH58 16 BZV90C
They are for fridge/freezer circuit boards and spares.
The net only seems to offer them in bulk, but I don't want a few hundred. If anyone has some please reply. Alternatively, I've been told that I can use a
1n5353 zener diode, can someone confirm this?
