Can anyone recommend a good overview of the major types of electronic equipment and their functions? For example, I know what a digital multimeter does and understand most of its functions quite well, and I know a bit about oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, but as far as advanced functions or things like scalar network analyzers or signature analyzers, I have no idea.
