[Annc] New V1.6 version of GPIB utilities including HP 7470A plotter emulator available

The current version of 7470.EXE has been able to capture screen dumps from the following instruments using National Instruments GPIB hardware:

Advantest R3762AH VNA Advantest R4131B DSO HP 3040A cable tester HP 8510B VNA HP 8560A spectrum analyzer HP 8566B spectrum analyzer HP 8568B spectrum analyzer HP 8591E spectrum analyzer HP 8752C VNA HP 8753A VNA HP 8757A scalar network analyzer LeCroy 9354AM DSO Tektronix 2430A DSO Tektronix 490P and 2750P series spectrum analyzers Tektronix TDS694C DSO Tektronix TDS784D DPO

Due to several improvements made in this release, many other instruments should work fine as well... although 7470 is freeware and isn't guaranteed (or even remotely likely) to work with everything out there. Feedback is always welcome!
