I need variable voltage 0 to at least 170 volts, current at least 10 amps. Anyone have something that fits the bill?

After being targeted with gigabytes of trash by the "SWEN" worm, I have

A Variac followed by a bridge rectifier? Add filter capacitors to taste or pocketbook. Possibly cheap, but depends on the source for regulation.
