Hi, silly me.. I sampled some parts from Microchip about a year ago and they have been sitting around, now I cant remeber what they are.. opps.
They are tiny 8 pin SMD chips, the markings read 255 (top side) and MVAB (on the bottom). I think they may be serial roms but I'm not sure.
Does any one know what they might be?
