Wondering if anyone has a source for small quantities of New Old Stock on Phillips microcontrollers. The distributors who sell old stock won't even reply to a request for a few parts.
Looking for some Phillips P89C51RD2HBA microcontroller to affect a repair.

did you check Digikey? Don't know where you are located but Digikey has a very strong presence in the US and more and more in Europe. They sell in singel piece quantities.

Use the newer part P89C51RD2BA. It's like P89C51RD2HBA only different flash programming specifications.
for that reason i stopped using philips parts , they even obsolete while youre still protoyping.
