Is there any way to put a copper track on ready PCBs? any tools or any alternatives to avoid wires/jumpers without going for re-design?

There are conductive pens, and other techniques such as laying down a metal track covered in adhesive. But these are low reliability techniques. As you can easily see, big manufacturers who need to patch production runs always use wire patches (typically wire-wrap wire soldered at each end and held down across the board with glue).
