Hi,
Could anyone suggest some power amplifier chip having output power of atleast 27dbm in the frequency range from 400 to 450Mhz.

You might have better luck in a HAM group or someplace like sci.electronics.design.
I would look at this web site but they don't have much in the +27dbm range.
