hi..

does anyone know if nucleus OS supports (applications)MFC programming?

if not, what is the best way to develop GUI application for the handhel devices?

Mentor Graphics will happily sell you GRAFIX, their GUI designed for Nucleus+. Swell Software's PEG is available for Nucleus+.
