How to use of NLDE_DATA)request in ZIGBEE?

Hi, I'm studying ZigBee Spec R13(2006). I was confued because NLDE_DATA_request primitive.

When does APS Data Entity call NLDE_DATA_request with DstAddrMode ==

16bit multicast group address ?

I don't know that...

How can I send my packet in multicast ?

I want to know what to set APSDE_DATA_request parameters with to acomplish above..

HELP ME !!!
