High power SMPS

Mar 20, 2008 5 Replies

Does anyone know of a source I could look into for purchasing SMPS boards. We would need them in batches of 100 to start with and cost is a factor.

We need:

-Dual supply +/-45 to 50 volts and at least 9A per rail.

-Input voltage 90 to 260V auto switching.

-RoHS compliant.

-Capable of passing Class A EMC for CE and FCC when mounted in a metal box.

We are using transformers in the current product but would like to get the weight down on the new version if it's viable cost wise.

The voltage is non-standard unless you could live with 48V fixed and two supplies, telco guys use those at times. Talk to Condor/SL-Power. If you need a name and phone number there let me know.

Thank you all for you suggestions. This last one looks particularly interesting to me.
