Could someone give a rough estimate of the PIO throughput on the AT91RM9200 running Linux? Suppose the data bus is a byte wide and we're using a dedicated interrupt to signal incoming data. There's no address bus, so the ARM9's just receiving one byte after another as fast as it can.
