Problem z zasilaczem ATX

Witam. Mam problem z naprawa zasilacza ATX. Mianowicie nie chce wystartowac. Napiecie na 9 pinie (+5 VDC Standby Voltage (max 10mA)) jest. Zasilacz jest

230W Megabajta na TL494. Jesli ktos cos moze pomoc to prosze o rade. Z gory dziekuje. Pozdrawiam!
