JDM jest tylko interfejsem zwany szumnie programatorem, nie ma znaczenia co mu podepniesz.

Można, każdy (nowy) PIC jest programowany przez ICSP i nie potrzeba do tego celu adaptera, wystarczy podpiąć się 5 kabelkami i po sprawie.
