Problem While Selecting Bank in PIC16F73

Dear All,

I am using PIC16F73 Microcontroller in my project development.I have some queries about selecting bank.

1. How to Select Bank 0 to 3 separately
2. While moving values to bank2,that will be updating in Bank0 also.

So i need to select that banks individually.could u help me if anyone knows.
