Hallo Alle,
"wohin mit dem USB Schirm?" war für mich eigentlich keine Frage, bis ich auf ein paar Appnotes gestoßen bin:
TI "USB 2.0 Board Design and Layout Guidelines"
Also 50Hz und DC Ausgleichsströme lassen wir über den Schirm rauschen, aber HF entkoppeln wir lieber?
Atmel meint "Tying the shield directly to ground would create a direct path from the ground plane to the shield, turning the USB cable into an antenna" und empfiehlt die Anbindung über 4n7||1MOhm.
Schaltung gut, Erklärung blöd!?
Intel "EMI Design Guidelines for USB Components"
Hat jemand noch eine Variante beizusteuern?
Die USB-Spec zieht sich aus der Verantwortung: "The shield must be terminated to the connector plug for completed assemblies. The shield and chassis are bonded together. The user selected grounding scheme for USB devices, and cables must be consistent with accepted industry practices and regulatory agency standards for safety and EMI/ESD/RFI"
