kann jemand eine FPGA-Typen und die entsprechenden Tools empfehlen, die
Artix A7 von Xilinx habe ich schon gesichtet. Frage: Muss die SPDIF IP zugekauft werden?

Das sollte wohl keines der aktuellen FPGAs vor Probleme stellen. Notfalls gibt es SPDIF und I2S auf opencores.org.
