SMD part, but what is it ?

Hi,

a friend of mine tried to tweak his green laser, but now he fried a SMD part with 65CB printed on top. On other lasers, this componet has 65CA and / or

65CO, so if I take the 65C as fact, could it be that it is the BCW65C transistor ?

In the Datasheet of the BCW65C at:

is the partmarking EC. So it must be another one.
