kennt jemand eine günstige Quelle für (512k/64k)*16 SRAMs mit maximal
15ns? Vom Preis her sollte der günstiger sein als zwei 512k*8, also sowas um die 5EUR rum (Einzelstückpreis).Mfg Thomas Pototschnig
Guck da mal. Die SRAMs die ich dort bekommen habe, waren recht preiswert.
Ne, kenn ich nicht. Allerdings war mein Eindruck immer das 16Bitter immer sehr exotisch geblieben sind. Das macht dann immer Probleme mit Preis, beschaffbarkeit, second source.

Netto. Keine Ahnung, ob sie auch an privat verkaufen.

da hab ich schon zwei davon verwendet. Ich wollte eigentlich aus Platzgründen kleiner werden und deshalb einen 512k*16 verwenden.
Mir ist aber aufgefallen, dass SDRAMs bei Digikey ja extrem günstig sind. Eventuell bau ich dann meinen Kram doch mal auf SDRAM um.

SM614016VHSA10T SRAM HS as 3,3V 256Kx16 10ns TSO
