Read the full replyFür ein Projekt mit einem (ehmals) Atmel SPI-Flash Speicher (8MB) an einem uC suche ich einen größeren (ca. Faktor 2 bis Faktor 10), möglichst pinkompatiblen Ersatztyp. Gibt es sowas im selben Preissegment (einstelliger ?-Preis bei 1000 Stück)?

Aber: anderes Pinout, andere Ansteuerung als AT45.
