Für ein Projekt mit einem (ehmals) Atmel SPI-Flash Speicher (8MB) an einem uC suche ich einen größeren (ca. Faktor 2 bis Faktor 10), möglichst pinkompatiblen Ersatztyp. Gibt es sowas im selben Preissegment (einstelliger ?-Preis bei 1000 Stück)?

Z.B. Micron N25Q256A, selbst bei Digikey nur 3.43 Euro und ab Lager; bei normalen Distributoren sicher noch günstiger. Selbst 512 MBit sind bezahlbar (Digikey 5.34 Euro, dort allerdings momentan nicht lagernd).
Aber: anderes Pinout, andere Ansteuerung als AT45.
