Ersatztyp für einen PN4888 Transistor

Hallo,

für die Reparatur eines alten Fluke 5101B Calibrators brauche ich einen PN4888 PNP Transistor für höhere Spannungen. Im Netz fand ich als Ersatztyp den BF423, aber beim Vergleich der Datenblätter bin ich etwas skeptisch, beim BF423 werden viele Parameter nicht angegeben.

Kennt jemand andere Ersatztypen oder eine Quelle wo man PN4888 noch bekommt?
