Travaillant sous Windows 7 Pro(n'acceptant que du 64 bits),je me suis rendu sur la page:

...mais ces oscillos ne fonctionnent qu'en 32 bits.

Window 7 pro supporte parfaitement les applications 32 bits.

Apparemment le premier n'est qu'un simulateur (assez inventif d'ailleurs) a destination de l'EN.
Le second est un classique scope utilisant la carte son, c'est a dire sans
logiciel.
Un scope usb chinois cela commence dans les 30? et encore ... soit beaucoup
