Welke SMD tor is opdruk S13 ?

Hoi,



Wie weet welke deze transistor (als het tenminste een transistor is) een component is met 3 pootjes, behuizing waarschijnlijk SOT143. Met tekstopdruk S13.



Het is duidelijk niet de KSY13, deze heeft namelijk 4 pootjes.
