Imam AT90S2313 chip kojem trebam ubaciti novi dump, medutim chip je zakljucan. Pony Prog mi pokazuje kvacice na LOCK2 i LOCK1. Chip mogu procitati, medutim ne mogu mu obrisati sadrzaj ili upisati novi. Moze li se to nekako rijesiti ili gdje bi se mogao kupiti prazan AT90S2313?

The AT90S2313 has two Fuse bits: SPIEN and FSTRT. ? When the SPIEN Fuse is programmed (?0?), Serial Program and Data Downloading is enabled. The default value is programmed (?0?). ? When the FSTRT Fuse is programmed (?0?), the short start-up time is selected. The default value is unprogrammed (?1?). Parts with this bit pre-programmed (?0?) can be delivered on demand.

Moze li se na tom chipu nekako iskljuciti taj lock 1 i lock 2 da bi ga mogao napuniti novim dumpom. Pokusao sam u PonyProgu iskljuciti kvacice i stisnuti Write. Program kao upise nesto u chip, ali kada stisnem opciju da procita Security bits opet su oznaceni Lock1 i Lock2 :-(

Mislim da ih vi¹e ne prodaju pod tim imenom. Sad je ne¹to kao "ATtiny2313".
Prodaju ih pod tim imenom (AT90S2313). AtTiny2313 je novi proizvod, unatrag kompatibilan s AT90S2313 koji se vise ne proizvodi. No, trgovci ih imaju jos uvijek u ponudi do isteka zaliha.
