transistors

where can i find the datasheets of "CCS2053F637" and "S8050C921" It would help me to identify the collector, emittor and basis of these transistors.

Even if you do not find the datasheets there is a simple way to identify the connections.

Use a modern multimeter with diode test to identify the two diodes inside the transistor.

Now you know if it is an npn or pnp, and you know which connection is the base.

The remaining two connections are identified by using the hfe test for transistors on the multimeter, try both possibilities and the one that gives the highest hfe is the right one.

The pins are EBC while looking at the flat side with the pins pointing down.

Google for "s2053" and you will probably find the other.
