threshhold voltage
Ideally, not significantly. Rail to rail designs often have a more variable transfer function versus common mode voltage than others do, because they may have two input differential amplifiers in parallel to cover the entire supply range, and those two circuits may not match in gain and speed. All this assumes that you are talking about variations within the operating common mode range.
It moves it sideways.
