Sheesh, just pull the plug and let gravity do it!
Alternatively dredge artificial islands off shore.
It would wreak havoc to sea floor marine life but would bring instant relief to those flooded out of low lying coastal areas.
Every country that had a shallow off shore area would have an incentive to dredge some islands.
Something like a million dredges going 24/7 would be enough to stop SLR.

Salinity is 2X ocean level around the Arabian peninsula due to poor circulation + desalination.
