Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get a photodiode with a relatively large surface area? Ideally something like this:

[If you look in the top right part of the board you can see a pretty big photodiode just about the 14pin chip.]
Everything I've looked at so far is tiny. I need it to capture some fairly diffuse reflections from a modulated laser beam.
(Which is exactly what the diode in the picture is doing)
