I would like to know the Kva for the following appliances.
3 chiller units at 3 amps each
I do not know if they are resistive or conductive(if that is necessary for the answer)
Would the answer be 79 * 240 /1000 = 18.96??

If all you appliances are running off of 240 you're almost correct... you for got to add in the 4 freezers so add 20 more amps and you should come up with 23.76kVA
That is an upper limit - assuming all are running at the currents given and all are at the same power factor.
