I wish. I am but a simple home hobbyist, whose electronics training comes from being an experimental physicist in a former career.
What I DO have is two DMM's, and have used them for Kelvin measurements (without knowing they were called that) on small resistors in the past. I'll note that my expensive $300 meter and my El Cheap-o from Radio Shack agree with each other to 0.3% when measuring 1k-ohm.

all ccurrent measuring devices are ammeters.
resistors make excellent voltage to current converters, they'll go the other way too.
I think a more detailed explanation of what features of the ammeters you have you find undesirable may help someone give a more sensible suggestion.
it may be that something like a clamp meter may be what you want...
