After getting a new TV/DVD recently and having some old smaller CE type computers with infrared ports starting thinking about creating a visual program that would more easily control the devices. Found tons on stuff on the web earlier today but want to create a device that attaches to the CE portable computer which would allow me to program it to change channels, volume etc............any information would be appreciated, schematic also.
