Chi mi sa consigliare un sostituto reperibile dello Shottky 1SS99? devo fate un rosmetro per microonde e non riesco a trovarlo se non su Ebay ma solo buste da 25 pz. Il datasheet non mi aiuta inquanto non ragguaglia sulla velocita' ,so solo che riesce a funzionare fino a 3GHz., info attendibile?
