chiedilo direttamente all'autore dell'app in fondo alla descrizione di una app c'e' sempre l'indirizzo email dell'autore.
la descrizione lascia intendere che no lo fa: "* The radiation amount is calculated by approximation of only the available wireless access points, and may be affected by the strength of your device's antenna."
