Allora l'hai usato per niente Google?
Il transistor sulla sx è un 2SC5449 (qui ho trovato il datasheet:

Il secondo c'è la sigla IRFI9620
Trovi su RS

il IRF9620 e non IRFI9620 oppure invece trovi l'IRFI9640, ma devi controllare se sono compatibili...)
