The weird thing is that i have seen useful posts from its royalty. Perhaps if everyone just dropped a subthread the moment _anyone_ started spewing, there would be a loss to/of spewers getting their kicks out of spewing.

Conversly, they may also start many MORE subthreads of childish remarks to try to get the same feeling of power. Its a crap shoot.
In one on one type situations, ignoring such morons works; they have to physically leave you to find another target. But here, the next target is only a thread away!
