Great video putting many of Ronald Reagan's humorous lines together.
With just one line of politics at the end.

arrrgggg! so can't play real time, comes in in bits, and then when finished; disappears! need to download and transfer to the machine with SOUND! anyway.
But can't seem to find a way to get a copy.
Opera 9.64 on Win98 through dialup
Usually I go to cache and find huge file downloading, and simply click as "save linked contents as..." and it puts it in a folder so I can transfer to the other machine. not this time.
I felt your pain, 10 years ago, but I didn't know any better at that time. Mike
Nice comparison, real President versus a "community organizer" crap-head.
Is there some way to download videos from youtube for off-line playing? ...Jim Thompson

I there probably is, but I don't know how. Recently I received a wmv that I wanted to share. I ended up finding the video on youtube. I think someone took it from youtube and converted it to wmv.
Mikek
Surely someone here will know how that is done? ...Jim Thompson
Install iLivid, then download via keepvid.com ...Jim Thompson
A video of Reagan reading jokes that his speechwriters prepared for him.
Doesn't change the fact that the was the worst president of the modern era.
There are a bunch of Firefox add-ins for that.
Cheers

Ronald Regan's political career started off with his role as the president of the Screen Actors Guild in 1947 when he was also acting as the FBI's confidential informant T-10, toeing the McCarthyist line.
The rival union - the Actors Equity Association - was less supine.
Obama's history as a community organiser is rather more respectable.
Trust Jim not to know his US history.
Oh! you must be a liberal with no sense of humor. Also you lack appreciation for the mood of the populace when Ronny was our beloved president. Mikek
That's what iLivid is... a Firefox Add-In.
Worked just fine for me. ...Jim Thompson
Bahahahaha! Now that is funny.
Yes, that was Carter until you libturds put the community organizer in the whitehouse.
He was a joke alright.
Ronald Reagan started off as a management stooge, and went on to play the r ole of US president to wide acclaim. He didn't have to believe any the spee ches he presented, and there's evidence - at least during his second term - that he didn't have the wit to understand them.
No problem. Uninhibited by knowledge or principles he could play the role t o perfection, while Oliver North got on with the real business of US govern ment - selling arms to Iran to finance right-wing terrorists in Central Ame rica.
Obama would have had to have been a very disreputable community organiser t o be less respectable than Ronald Reagan. It's difficult to respect an info rmer and a management fink. Normal people tend to despise them, but right-w ing nitwits have other ideas.
You got it, though it's redundant.
Lefties like SMS hate RR and the US, for that matter.
No, it's sick. Slowman was serious (lefties have never met humor).
It's true that krw never gets my jokes, but that doesn't mean that I lack a sense of humour. Of course, nobody could take Ronnie Reagan seriously - he wasn't a management fink and an informer because he was an evil person, bu t because he was just too dim to realise that he was betraying his colleagu es.
Opera? About as bad as (may i swear) Vista.
