I wonder how long it will be until somebody figures out a way to abuse this technology? Maybe, you could come home to find some advertising where Aunt Betty's photos is supposed to be..
How long would it be before I noticed?
We've got a Kodak EX1011 frame which is Wifi enabled. When I can persuade it to play with my paranoid Sitecom router, I should be able to download the latest family photos without cables, SD cards or USB thumb-drives...
With a bit of luck, I may be able to flag its URL as destination for the wireless web-cam I hope to fit at our front door...

This is crazy! How does he manage to send the photo the frame? What's the concept/theory?
It could be wifi-enabled like our Kodak EX1011.
If I can figure out the menus, I should be able to link it to our wireless router and down-load family pics. If I'm really lucky, I may be able to get the wireless security web-cam I want for our front door to transfer current view. FWIW, I'll settle for spoooling that to our NAS drives via FTP...

There's something wrong with this one-- The frame won't stay on for more than a few seconds or display deep menu options. So, it's going back under warranty.
